How Do I Get My Quote?

CALL US 
 

So we know what to expect, please give our office a call so we can make sure someone is here to help you with your vehicle damage. In all cases, we take down your details (please bring your insurance information once a claim has been made) and take photo's of all damage so we can accurately assess your damage.

 

NOTE: If your car is not drivable, please let us know and we can arrange an on-site inspection.

COMPLETED QUOTES
 

When a quote has been completed we will send the quote away - to either the insurance company or yourself - to await authority.

BOOKING IN YOUR REPAIRS
 

Once we have been authorised (either by insurance or yourself) to repair your vehicle, we will then look at booking you in on a mutually agreeable date.

 

Repairs usually take around 3-4 days to complete, however every job is different. When booking in your vehicle, we will notify you of the expected time the repairs will take.

 

NOTE: Due to parts delays or things of a similar nature, repair completion times are an ESTIMATE ONLY - we will ALWAYS notify you if your repairs are not on schedule or will take longer/quicker to complete.

COLLECTING YOUR VEHICLE
 

When repairs have been completed, we will give you a call to notify you. If you have an EXCESS, this MUST be paid upon collection of your vehicle, by either cash or card ONLY (cheque payments by prior agreement ONLY).

 

For private work, payment MUST be paid upon collection, by either cash or card (if paying by cheque this MUST be agreed on prior to works being started).

 

If you would like to open an account with us, this MUST be done PRIOR to works being started.

 

WE DO NOT offer "lay-by", week-to-week payments or "goodwill" - please do not ask us to do so, to save mutual embarassment.
